After defeat King Guidorah, Godzilla leave Gojira Town in Rodan care. Godzilla search missing mutants, found then in a Island have huge lab. Ebirah a cientist start research about mutant genes start capture weak mutants to experiments. Godzilla find Mothra in complex and both destroy the lab after release all mutants. Killing Ebirah pet Giant Condor, Godzilla and Mothra escape from island.
